TURN AROUND TIME (THE TIME IT TAKES TO MAKE AND SHIP OUT YOUR JEWELRY) TAKES UP TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON VOLUME OF ORDERS & HOLIDAY DELAYS. 

  • ORDERS WITHIN THE US ARE SHIPPED PRIORITY MAIL (1-3 DAYS) VIA USPS.  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS MAIL (10-12 DAYS) VIA USPS*. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY CHARGES IMPOSED BY SHIPPING CARRIER.
  • THE ONLY WAY TO TRACK AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE IS THROUGH THE EXPRESS MAIL OPTION- PLEASE EMAIL US KINGME@BYPINKGRASSHOPPER.COM FOR THIS OPTION. THE FIRST CLASS MAIL OPTION ONLY PROVIDES CUSTOMS INFORMATION THAT UPDATES WHEN YOUR PACKAGE HAS GONE THROUGH CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY, AS WELL AS WHEN IT'S BEEN DELIVERED.
  • OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE WITHIN THE U.S., HOWEVER PLEASE EMAIL KINGME@BYPINKGRASSHOPPER.COM FOR PRODUCTION TIME. SHIPPING WITH FEDEX OR UPS IS AVAILABLE PER EMAIL REQUEST.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for a refund after 24 hours of placing your order. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All items are custom-made, by-the-order, so cannot be refunded once we begin the customization process.

If you would like to change or add to your order, please email kingme@bypinkgrasshopper.com immediately within 24 hours with your request. Changes and/or additions are approved on a case-by-case basis; accommodating these type of requests vary.

If there is an issue with size, please email kingme@bypinkgrasshopper.com and we can arrange an exchange for your correct size. Due to customization, exchange costs may apply. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kingme@bypinkgrasshopper.com and send your item to: KING ME by PinkGrasshopper, 5404 Whitsett Ave, #123, Valley Village CA 91607, United States.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged: Nameplate and custom name items, brooches, custom orders originated by customer, products customized with initial(s), stones, & sizes not available on our website. We also do not accept products that are customized in any way and not available on our website.

Shipping
To return your product for exchange or repair, you should mail your product to: KING ME by PinkGrasshopper, 5404 Whitsett Ave, #123, Valley Village CA 91607, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
