Refunds, Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns for a refund after 24 hours of placing your order. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All items are custom-made, by-the-order, so cannot be refunded once we begin the customization process.
If you would like to change or add to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately within 24 hours with your request. Changes and/or additions are approved on a case-by-case basis; accommodating these type of requests vary.
If there is an issue with size, please email email@example.com and we can arrange a repair or replacement for your correct size. Due to customization, costs for certain repair and replacements may apply. To be eligible for a repair or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: KING ME Custom Jewelry 5404 Whitsett Ave, #123, Valley Village CA 91607, United States.
Several types of goods are exempt from being replaced: Nameplate and custom name items, brooches, custom orders originated by customer, products customized with initial(s), stones, & sizes not available on our website. We also do not accept products that are customized in any way and not available on our website.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the issue is our fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item; we are note responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit with the carrier.
